Peter it's been my experience that any MS scheduler bundled with the OS is not very reliable. I tried doing exactly what you are only to give up in frustration. I don't think it's a problem with the FTP program or the script, it's something to do with the scheduler itself. I now use a third-part app called EZ Scheduler from American Systems (http://www.americansys.com/). It's free, very easy to use, and totally reliable. The only problem I find (if you can call it that) is that the machine must be left with a user logged in, it doesn't appear to run as a service. If you're willing to leave it logged in and locked then give it a try. -- Chazzozz!!
