Thanks for your suggestion.  My machine is Y2K compliant.  My thinking was 
the application wasn't Y2K compliant, but according to the application 
website, that's not the case either.

Any other ideas?

The server side dates are showing the year 1902.  The server people have 
verified the correct date/time on the server, but I still see 1902, and 
this is what it retains when I transfer files.  Any ideas on what might be 

causing this?  I'm using WS_FTP PRO Version 6.01.
