Hello, I purchased WSFTP_Pro about a year ago and have lost my serial number, password, etc during an OS upgrade. I have attempted to contact WSFTP support a few times but didn't get productive results for obtaining the software again. Have anyone been through this before? Are we expected to purchase the software again? I thought they have a database of paid users' e-mail addresses which they can use to check my payment.
