Hi, I'm currently using WS_FTP 3.11 and client is WS_FTP Pro 7.0. My customers are using WS_FTP Pro scripts to do the uploading and downloading. We encounter quite a few 'Connection reset' msg in our server log daily. Most are not problematic but there are some exceptions. The log below had the connection reset and closed msg before the user retrieve ACK110703 msg. And the 3 msgs time is the same (02:12:20). My customer complained that they did not receive ACK110703 correctly(imcomplete/error) and it's due to this connection reset problem.
1) Does anyone have a solution to incomplete retrieval of files problem?
