It appears that the new site doesn't like the paths that you have set on your main 
page.  All of the links are referring to "/path/file".  Trying changing those links to 
relative links (remove the first '/') and things should work for you.

That's all I can see too. But the files have been uploaded. How can I remedy
the situation?

all i see is a file not found  - are you seeing any error logs
