http://mysite.verizon.net/charlotte.knox/nav/cknavhome.htm and http://mysite.verizon.net/charlotte.knox/captions/indexcaption.htm all can be accessed directly, so the problem is in the frame page that is trying to access them. It seems to be a path issue you might want to take off the first '/' in the link like was suggested earlier. Or you can just put the whole link in there instead of a relative path to the main directory.
