Hi Pat If you are using MS Outlook....Include a vCard with your auto signature
On the Tools menu, click Options. On the Mail Format tab, click Signature Picker. Click New. Select the options you want, and then click Next. Under vCard Options, select a vCard from the list or click New vCard from Contact.
