I've already tried with the firewall disabled The last time I accessed the site to upload was June and I have upgraded the firewall since then.  I have checked all the settings and I can't see where there is a conflict.   Margaret ----- Original Message ----- From: Gary J. You can try clearing your DNS cache (reboot or run the command �ipconfig /flushdns�). You may have a negative cache stuck in there.   The name should resolve to the IP address of: 212.74.114.60
