I've searched the Ipswitch support site for an answer to this problem, but haven't had any luck. I can't imagine I'm the only one with this situation.
I'm trying to automate the download of my web server log files, which are created 1 per day in the format "exYYMMDD.log". I'd like to be able to schedule a job that downloads only the previous day's log file, and not every log file in the directory. I have no problem scheduling jobs, it's just the dynamic file naming that I'm having trouble with. Is there any special syntax that can be used to achieve the results I need? Or is the only solution to write some kind of script that can be used in a batch file? If that's the case, does anyone have an example I could take a look at?
