What about setting a Rule for File Download Attempts on the FTP Server? You could run a 'clean up' batch file after they download the file(s).

Our FTP server is WS_FTP (4.02). I have a client setup with their own "Host"
with 10 individual "Folders/Virtual Folders". The client has 10 workstations
using WS_FTP Pro(8.0). Each workstation downloads (Synchronizes) from only
one designated Folder from the "Host".
Q. I need to automatically delete the folders 'files' on a
per-workstation-basis after it downloads (synchronizes).
