Gents and ladies, I have a rather large web site (46M) that I used to maintain on a Unix box that now resides on a friend's site and which I have tried to start maintaining with WS_Ftp.
I am trying to upload it to my laptop for maintenance. I downloaded the entire thing several days ago. However, today, for reasons unknown, ws_ftp fired up and started downloading the entire thing all over again, when I had made no changes to the site, let alone at the remote computer. I don't understand why it chose to do this, rather than to compare the file dates (and realize that they were identical). Am I missing something?
