I'm currently evaluating WS_FTP Pro 8.03T (2003.12.16) with Windows XP Professional
(version 2002, Service Pack 1). The functionality and user-interface seem to be OK for
me, however I have problems connecting to sites. After (re)boot of my PC I can
establish exactly one connection to a ftp-server. If this connection breaks I can't
reconnect. I get the error-message 'connection failed ('Verbindung fehlgeschlagen'). I
tried to get more detailed information about this error, but all I found was how to
add the exact time to each event in the log. If I reboot my PC I can establish again
exactly one connection. I connect only to one ftp-server at the moment, but because
the first connection after (re)boot always works I don't think the problem is caused
by this specific ftp-server!?
