We have two folders set up on our FTP site - an uploads folder (with write and list permissions only) and a downloads folder (with read and list permissions only). No authentication is required to get to these folders. I have a lot of users who have problems accessing the downloads folder for some reason. Most of them are using Internet Explorer to connect. Everything is configured correctly on the firewall. I guess what most of the users are seeing when trying to connect is something like "Waiting for reply". Does anyone have any ideas as to what might be wrong?
