Local startup not working in 2006 version. I just thought it was me. I had loaded 9.0 on other PC & configured it for local & host start up folders fine. When I just did a 2006 install & could not get the local start up to configure, I thought I was lost. Bummer. I received no info about this and tech support is tough to deal with. I have failed to find the option that will open a site at the folders that I choose. I have 18 sites running and all these have been set over the last ten years.
