You need VPN client software or a hardware-based VPN connection (firewall, VPN concentrator) configured to establish the VPN connection to their network BEFORE you initiate the WS_FTP processes. Contact your fulfillment center's technical personnel for assistance. Your WSFTP processes probably won't need to chanage.

I just received notice that they are now requiring that we go thru their new VPN to get to the FTP site. How do I implement this in WS_FTP?
