Or... you can ask your techies to put ipswitch.com on your global email blacklist and then it would not get past the server and go straight to the garbage.

Well, I went on that site and went to unsubscribe from everything and it went to a completely blank page. Guess I’ll have to wait to see if it works… From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Jennifer Edwards Sent: Wednesday, September 17, 2008 10:03 AM To: [email protected] Subject: [WS_FTP Forum] unsubscribe process Just spoke to a friend at ipswitch she said that you have to use this form: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.asp , she claims no knowledge of how the recipient list keeps getting replaced. It may be that someone in dev updates the web server and overlays old lists. I hope this is of real help, I would keep this IP handy if it re-occurs. I started getting return receipts from my messages and realized that I had replied to a message that had it turned on, so I guess it stayed on for me. I apologize. I don't know whether they are due to forum member actions that involve requesting notification of a message being received/read or some sort of setting on the list server. However, I suspect that some forum members have a habit of (as in, a check box checked for) requesting either a read receipt or a receive receipt. (I've run into that before, is why. ;-) Respectfully, Ralph D.
