I'm not sure why I got this email, though I did have the same problem a while ago. The solution that worked for me is to delete psapi.dll from c:\Program Files\Ipswitch\WS_FTP Professional. See http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/WS-20060811-SP01.htm.
