Fox in the hen house, but why the hell would you want to use XHTML 1.1? Or
XHTML at all for that matter.

If your argument is you want to keep up with current best practice, then
forget new windows & forget JS because they are not best practice. Also I'd
say that HTML 4.01 is not any less a part of best practice than XHTML.

Sorry - its just a pet peeve of mine. XHTML is a great concept, but HTML
4.01 is great in practice.
