Um, Actually Neerav - what this is (is) a bunch of HTC (http://msdn.microsoft.com/workshop/components/htc/reference/htcref.asp) behaviours that convince IE 5.5 and above behave a lot better.
They re-interpret the way CSS is implemented in IE. This "kit" of code is applied on a per site basis via css (ie it doesn't modify the IE browser at all) and helps IE get to grips on a few of the niceties we haven't been able to use in CSS until this kit came along. This is in no way linked to any new version of IE. How ever, since Microsoft have admitted (well nearly) that there will be a Windows XP "Reloaded" - who knows if we have to wait that long for a new/patched/working browser? Just please o' please give me some proper PNG support!
