The Lindsay Evans & Russ Weakley designs were OK but too derivative of the current look & the yelloe in the Susan Gossman design was too bright
One possible flaw in voting is that we cant tell what code been used in each site, in terms of efficiency, page weight (size in kb) and which is most compatible across browsers.
