I have joined the blog world with tdrake.net. http://tdrake.net
While the design is fresh off the presses and I would appreciate any comments, I'd like some feedback on the content. I will be speaking at the upcoming Museums on the Web 2005 Conference http://www.archimuse.com about how and why museums should convert their sites to standards-based design. I've been posting some information that will be distilled into a paper for these museum designers to read off-line. I'd like your comments on what these posts are getting right and what they are missing. The eventual audience will be a mixture of web designers and museum curators, librarians, marketing directors, etc. So, I'm trying to explain standards-based design to the layperson. I still have some editing to do to get the code to display correctly. I have so much more respect for those that have been writing articles about how to code something. It is a pain in the tuckus to get code to look good on a web page. Since this is a new blog, my blogroll is a bit weak. Feel free to send requests to [EMAIL PROTECTED] for your web site to be included in my links section.
