Chris,

Jeff has the same image in use in semantically logical markup, with lots of
styling to make it work. So it is not fully resizing - more so
overlaying/repeating (transparent), if that is the right way to explain it.

It works super well, unless you have as much content as I have on the page I
have it on! Then the right side repeats.

None the less, he has done more than I could have asked for and I am very
grateful! I hope others get to use this too~
