Hi, I use this statcounter on my homepage, and it validates for me, it’s the ONLY stats service that offers valid XHTML and complient counter/tracker. If you guys want to have a look at the kinda stats it generates, I have opened up my account for you guys, go here:

The stats it generates are great, very detailed.
