To my knowledge Visio is only available for Windows. OmniGraffle is an outstanding tool for Mac OS X. I use it extensively in plotting out my site designs in both Flow and UML methodologies. I often have to interoperate with multiple OS and mutliple RDBMS, and charting the connectors is invaluable.
