Tidy Online http://infohound.net/tidy/ will inform you of, and correct  
most if not all, the errors on your HTML file-- and wash your car while  
you wait.
Incidentally, you have a few errors to correct on the CSS file to correct  
before it will validate as well.
aside:It may be worth while putting the JavaScrpt scripts in independent,  
external documents, saved as text only with the.js extension. Regards, ~david
