Hello everyone, This is my first post to the group
I would be very grateful if someone could direct me to an existing resource or article addressing the subject of how a validly-coded web site can fail to be truly accessible. i.e. why valid code is not, in itself, enough to guarantee accessibility. I've searched extensively for existing articles but have drawn a blank. I'm fairly sure, though, that someone must have already covered this topic and I hope that someone on this list will be able to point me in the right direct. Thank you for your help.
