It's only a particular range of flashing speeds that trigger epillepsy isn't it?
Its a wide range of flashing speeds that annoys me and perhaps other users out there. And if the one who has got a seizure calls your office, you couldn't state: "not possible, its blinking rate of 1.5Hz is out of the trigger speed range". So this is not an academic point, but an ethical one.
