If you can live with the weird margin at the top (which shouldn't affect
the form, but it does ?!), you could try something like
#main fieldset {position:relative; border: none; }
#main legend {position: absolute; margin-top: 50px;}
This works for FF only...IE seems to get this one right, for a change,
and makes a mess. *shrug*
