Hi Cole, Sounds like you want to train someone in the (not easy) transition to standards by having to do very little. If you can find a way to get them proficient in the basics, have a thorough knowledge of hacks and browser behaviour and be able to produce original designs (sort of like zen garden stuff) in a very short space of time, I expect that several on this list would be very interested! (me first, please:-)
