Good one...I thought along those lines as soon as I posted the last
reply. Tested in Firefox/Win, CTRL+F5 clears the form. To play devil's
advocate, *if* a user has the burning desire to start afresh, doing a
force refresh is not very intuitive, though (again, with the caveat that
I'd say it's rare users would ever want to clear the whole form).
