If you need to support OS9 then the best browser on that platform is IE5/MAC.

There are builds of Moz 1.4 and an unsupported 1.7 (I think from memory).

As Sam pointed, the most recent Gecko builds that run on OS 9 are the Wamcom builds, or the ones created by Harunaga Hirotoshi. The latter being a variant on the former. Both are based on Gecko 1.3.1.

One additional browser that runs very nicely on OS 9 is iCab. Older versions had poor support for CSS. The latest public release, iCab 3.0 beta 280 has *very* good CSS2.1 support. It runs well on OS 9, even on older machines with low CPU power and not much memory.
