this is an accessibility tool bar; quite different from the web dev tool bar.

Yes, and I was the one that asked for the link to it. After I got there found out to get it to "read" the page one has to hover w/ a mouse - so totally unlike a screen reader. I think hovering with a mouse could be helpful to some people but it doesn't give one an idea of how the page is read by a screen reader. i didn't download/install it.

But that article by Patrick that he references above --- it is a great article talking about the webdev bar - the reference just sorta ended up in the wrong thread. ;-)
