Hi, Fortunately my manager is wise enough to think about standards. Actually I'm looking for some materials, presentations about Web standards, and How 'Graphic Designer' can think in standard wise while working with Developers or the Markup guys.
Please note that the 'graphic designers' have good background on web design but table based layout, and now my task is to help them to start learning how to design for standards, How to slice, etc..
