Well, Mozilla tends to have quite long development cycles, and they just ended one. Chris Wilson stated on IEBlog that IE7 will not pass Acid2 when shipping, which would mean Acid2 in iew is deferred to yet future releases. Opera is close already, only having problems with the eyes part.
