Hi,
I'm new to this list, but I could certainly use some help with a new site I'm developing. I'm trying to learn standards based design, but I seem to struggle with a few issues related to breadcrumbs and my top navigation at: http://www.bremenhospital.com/testsite/index2.html the css file is at http://www.bremenhospital.com/testsite/elastic.css (I ended up changing it so it's no longer an 'elastic' design, I realize that). Why am I having so much trouble with the vertical space in those breadcrumb and navigation divs? I kept tweaking the navigation until it finally looked okay in a number of browsers, but now that I'm trying to add the breadcrumbs it's proving nearly impossible to get it to look right in different browsers. I'm sure it's probably something obvious to more experienced designers, but I'm at my wit's end. Thanks for any help you can offer.
