The placement of the fields on the "official" form doesn't resemble the web page which was designed for web usability for entering data. It's an entirely different page - I could just let them navigate to it, but the Core Team has asked me not to do that, so I'm pretty well stuck with another window which will be full size to display the data to print for their required record keeping.

Pop-Ups are horrible, and usually get blocked by certian browsers and anti virus/spyware software. Why is it not possible to create an alternative print stylesheet for that page? Or create a stylesheet switcher and a button that says something like: 'Print Preview' and the stylesheet switches, either way though when the user prints it it will use the print stylesheet.
