Well, in my opinion - it's alway best practice to use CSS, e.g.
<div id="one">one</div>
<div id="two">two</div>
<div id="content">Content</div>
...
div#one {float:left}
div#two {float:left}
div#content {clear:both}
That should do the trick for you. :)
