Thanks for all the replies. I suppose developing on a Mac is the best way to develop for a Mac Browser. I can't trust Windows for anything important (apart from testing) anymore anyway.

I'm not a hardcore gamer so I can look at the Mac Mini or Macbook as well. I'll see what my wallet says in a few months.
