Page title - Section Title - Site title
For the Logo &
aspect, I would personally use the gilder/levin image replacement technique, using within this the "Page title - Section Title - Site title" combination within a
tag. This way you get a fancy logo, plus the benefits of you keyword rich "Page title - Section Title - Site title" combination to help boost your on-site SEO.
