Yes, this one went around the office since apparently this guy tried poking some websites managed by one of our sister-companies. It will be interesting to see how this one fares in the courts, given that there is now a precedent. Not sure if the fact that Virgin Blue say they have already been working with and getting advice from Vision Australia on this matter will make a difference in their favour or not, either. I just can't get over the fact that he seems to have nothing better to do that patrol the web looking for accessibility offenders (over 30,00 sites??!!).
