Stevio, Agreed with the other answer but the main reason is for people to see what the page is about first. Google ranks pages not websites so ABC Engineering is the last thing big G or the user is thinking about, they want to know that clicking on this search result will get them the steel fabrication information they are looking for. Who made it and where you are come later, so put the title of the page first.
