Just a thought, is the error really critical if it works? Using XHTML Strict, you're gonna have a tough time making the validator happy.

Just on the <noscript> tag, isn't it meant to be used within the JS itself and I am quite sure it is deprecated. Which means you would need to use a transitional doctype.
