I think you'd probably have to use provider-specific functionality. For
example, if you're using an Axis provider, you would cast the WSIFPort to
WSIFPort_ApacheAxis, get the Call object used by the port, and set the
timeout on it.

I'm testing several web services and some don't reply to
the request. WSIF/AXIS seems to hang in that case.
