So, where is the wsif.syncrequest.timeout (specified in wsif.properties
file) property used?

Please respond to
wsif-user
((WSIFPort_ApacheAxis)port.getCall().setTimeout(...);

I did not see any Call.setTimeout in the apache axis
provider - but maybe I'm mistaken.
Wouldn't it be usefull to devise a generic mechanism to
set properties on all WSIFProviders/WSIFPorts ?
Like a setContext(HashMap c) API or so ?
I can imagine that setting timeout/passwd/user could be
usefull for SOAP, and could be extended to set java bean
properties on the "java:address" class in the case of
a Java binding for ex.
