Axis2 provider for wsif

I checked the wsif 2.0 and axis2 provider is not in the list of
providers yet.

Is there a WSIF release with Axis2 provider ? I have seen a WSIF JIRA
which
has code to support Axis2 but I don't see the Axis2 provider bundled
with
distribution of the WSIF.
