scratch it - well it seems i had it only in my local copy not in SVN
(and now i remember why - there was some problem with unit tests
provided with the patch that i never got around to fix)

anyway i have just committed the patch to svn and required axis2 1.0 jar
files ti build provider - and it should be in next RC
