There also seems to be a delay in the very first rx cycle, but that
might be due to my attempts to correctly align the first samples into
their correct offset into the jt9com_.d2 array.
I think there may be some buffering going on that can be disabled (when
I find where it's happening), do you think that the waterfall is also
running late by the same delay?
Yes, I think so. Another indication is the one you mentioned yesterday
-- most received messages have DT around -0.8 s. Sounds like something
is slowing down the start of sampling in an Rx sequence.
