Translations of WSJT and WSPR manuals have always been done by outside
volunteers -- outside the WSJT Development Group, that is. Normally
they have started with my MS-Word file of the English-language manual,
and produced a new MS-Word file in another language. I converted those
to pdf and posted them on the web site.
I imagine that something similar could happen starting with our AsciiDoc
files... but this could add another layer of difficulty for a potential
translator. Guess we'll have to wait and see.
