This would use the QtColorDialog to pick colors for the power intervals. I was doing this because I am awre that I have removed the ability of users adding a palette file themselves and I feel that this would be more user friendly.
I was thinking of an "Export" button for it too, so we could use it to design new palettes and users could use it to submit theirs.
