I was thinking of this, yes, but also a way to allow users to select 
highlight colors for the decoded text windows (and maybe other things 
too?).  Several people have wanted to change the colors used for "needed 
DXCC" or "worked before" on non-Windows platforms.

OK, that's good information.  We can always ask for volunteer testers 
for particularly troublesome rigs, if that's desirable.

Yes, and it may be needed for EME at 10 GHz and above where the Doppler 
spread can be well over 100 Hz.  (Obviously, this is a tiny niche 
market, for WSJT-X -- but I'm interested in making it work.

The JT9W stuff is completely experimental, at present.  We may wish to 
make it invisible to users, until at least some minimal tests have been 
made.
